I dont understand how you did the roof, did you skin it or just extrude then make it smooth...?
Amazing modeling skills, and the meshes dont look that dirty..

the roof is extruded, subsurfed and the edges have been sharped with edge sharpness.

A tad dirty, but I've seen and made much worse :)
Not to be technical or anything, but typically late gotic churches had a very short second storey.
